Beauty is often found in the smallest of things, such as a single perfect berry. Combining this with the many aspects of fine wine-making, our wines are created around the beautiful mountains of Stellenbosch and remaining accessible for sharing with family and friends. We invite you to partake in this experience with Koni Wines.
The origin of these grapes stems from the coolest slopes in the Western Cape region. Harvesting took place by hand in the cool of the morning. Three hour long whole bunch pressing was followed by cold juice fermentation for three weeks in stainless steel tanks. Once dry, the wine was racked off its ferment lees and aged for six months before being bottled.
Residual Sugar 1.6g/l
