Cabernet Sauvignon Supréme, a dark garnet colour, with a bouquet of currents giving way to a palate of dark and blackberries. Fine tannins, balanced subtle making give an elegant mouthfeel and long finish.

About the harvest
Yield: 5 – 6 t/ha
Balling at Harvest: 24 – 25°B
In the Cellar
Vinification: Crush and destalk, 5 – 10 days fermentation at 20 – 28°C.
Maturation: After malolactic fermentation, wine is aged in tanks for 12 months. Staves are used to adding complexity and structure.
